Frequently asked questions
How often should an office be cleaned?
Most offices with a full team on site do best with cleaning two to five nights a week, with restrooms and kitchens covered every visit. Smaller or lightly used offices often choose weekly. We’ll recommend a frequency at the walkthrough, and you can change it later.
Can you clean while we’re closed?
Yes. Most office cleaning happens after hours. We agree key or code access at the walkthrough and follow your building’s rules for alarms and lockup.
Do you clean shared or managed office buildings?
Yes, individual suites and whole floors. If building management needs proof of insurance or has rules about loading docks or freight elevators, tell us and we’ll work within them.
Can you do a one-time office deep clean?
Yes. Many offices start with a one-time deep clean (baseboards, vents, doors, detailed restrooms and kitchens) before a regular schedule. It’s quoted separately.
Will the same checklist be followed each time?
Yes. The checklist we agree at the walkthrough is the checklist used every visit. If anything is missed, tell us by the end of the next business day and we’ll come back at no charge.
