You get one fixed price per visit before we start, based on:
- Size: bedrooms, bathrooms and square footage
- Frequency: how often you’d like us to come
- Condition and add-ons: pets, build-up, extras

Do I need to be home?
No. Many customers leave a key or door code.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes. Your cleaner brings the supplies and equipment. If you’d prefer we use your products, just tell us.
Can I skip or reschedule a visit?
Yes. Let us know ahead of time and we’ll move it.
What if something was missed?
Contact us by the end of the next business day and we’ll return to re-clean that area at no extra charge.
