Janitorial services usually means recurring, scheduled cleaning of a building: daily or several times a week, with restrooms, trash, floors and restocking every visit. Commercial cleaning is broader and also covers one-time jobs like deep cleans, move-outs and post-construction cleaning. We do both.
Do you restock paper towels, toilet paper and soap?
Yes, from your own stock. Tell us where supplies are kept and we’ll refill dispensers every visit and let you know when stock is running low.
Can we change the schedule later?
Yes. If your occupancy or needs change, tell us and we’ll re-quote the new frequency or scope.
Do you handle multi-tenant buildings and common areas?
