How fast can you turn a unit?
Tell us the move-out date and the next move-in date when you book. We schedule the clean in that window, and most single units are cleaned in one visit.
Can you quote several units at once?
Yes. Property managers and landlords can send a list of units and dates and get one quote that covers all of them.
Do we need to be there?
No. Most property managers give us lockbox or key access. We follow your access instructions and lock up when we’re done.
Do you clean common areas on a schedule?
Yes. Hallways, lobbies, stairwells, laundry rooms and entryways can be cleaned weekly or on any schedule you choose.
What about the September 1 rush?
Boston-area turnover peaks around September 1, and end of semester is busy near colleges. Book early and send your unit list as soon as you have it so we can plan each clean.
